Description
To strengthen our highly motivated team in Munich/Berlin/Hamburg/Stuttgart, we are currently looking for a:

Senior UI/UX Designer (M/F/d)


Responsibilities:

  • Development of complex and creative platforms for common devices
  • Screen design, design of UI components and design systems, web and app UI designs for iOS or Android
  • Creation of UI/UX solutions including information architecture, use case wireframes, layouts, and prototypes
  • Conceptualization and creation of contemporary content assets
  • Style guide development
  • Conducting UX research and user interviews
  • Preparation and execution of client workshops
  • Providing professional support and assistance with (pitch) presentations
  • Close collaboration with a creative, interdisciplinary team
  • Mentoring and guiding interns and junior team members

Qualifications:

  • Completed education and/or degree in design, media design, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in UX/UI
  • Extensive experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, Confluence, JIRA, Miro, and working according to the Atomic Design principle
  • Highly experienced in creative work in an agile, interdisciplinary project environment
  • Analytical thinking, solutionoriented approach, high quality and responsibility
  • Ability to handle complex and/or parallel projects
  • Strong communication skills and convincing presentation abilities
  • Keen interest in design trends, new technologies, and media
  • Experience in web development is desirable
  • Excellent German and English skills
