- Create/maintain customer service contracts and acquired equipment information through our Oracle system
- Prepare customer quotes in Excel and standard maintenance agreements using Microsoft Word
- Issue customer invoices for service contracts electronically or by mail
- Collaborate with legal department for service contracts and bids handled by them
- Collaborate with service managers and sales professionals to maintain customer and contract changes
- Accurately track customer files updated with current invoices, bills, correspondence including emails and contact information
- Communicate with customers to answer questions
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- BSc/BA in accounting, communications or relevant field helpful but not required
- 2-5 years Billing Experience & Communications experience
- Excellent attention to detail & strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness
- Worker will be working in an office setting
- Sitting for an extended period of time
