    Job DescriptionIT Policy/Legislative Specialist

    Garud Technology Services, Inc. (GTS) is in search of a motivated, self-driven IT Policy/Legislative Specialist. Applicants must have a passion for their work, be innovative, and possess strong verbal and written communication and analytic skills.

    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Assist in interpreting and implementing IT public policy initiatives. Typical support includes assistance with long-term strategy development, tracking legislation, and making policy recommendations.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Bachelor's degree required in relevant field (required).
    • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (required).
    • NIH/NIAID experience (preferred)
    • Good written and verbal communication skills and strategic thinking ability
