    About Rapid Response Technologies:

Rapid Response Technologies is a New York-based Black-owned business, dedicated to delivering top-tier support to New York's most critical infrastructures. Founded by Arnaud Edjamian, a former Intensive Care Unit Nurse on the frontlines of the Covid-19 pandemic, our company was born from the belief in the transformative power of technology. Arnaud's firsthand experience in healthcare, government, and public safety sectors inspired him to create a new kind of support system for hospitals, government agencies, public safety organizations, and commercial applications. Our ultimate goal is to make the greatest possible impact on the well-being of our communities.

Rapid Response Technologies combines decades of integration experience with innovative deployment and implementation approaches. Arnaud, trained as a professional audio-visual engineer, sought to merge his skillsets to achieve this vision. After years of working within NYC hospital systems while honing his technological expertise, Rapid Response Technologies now focuses exclusively on supporting mission-critical environments. Our processes are streamlined, and our service and support model is uniquely designed on a partner basis.
