    City Cruises is seeking a Revenue Management Specialist/Coordinator for our Sales operation in Chicago, IL.


    About You:
    This person will be adaptable, have superior attention to detail, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.


    About the Opportunity:


    The successful Revenue Management Specialist/Coordinator will work within the Revenue Management department and reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Optimization.

    This position will be responsible for analyzing passenger and revenue data for City Cruises US and making recommendations that will maximize profitability and provide incremental sales.

    This position is located at the NBC Tower downtown Chicago, and the salary range is $50k - $55k.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Provide recommendations to increase utilization and efficiency of inventory, by opening, canceling, or consolidating events based on demand and profitability.
    • Daily monitoring and maintenance of all cruises to ensure general public seat availability and that capacity goals are met.
    • Answer, resolve and follow-up on inventory questions from the sales team and liaise across departments to resolve any inventory issues.
    • Support local city sales teams with requests involving cruise set-up, promotions, line items, and analysis
    • Provide additional support to the National Tourism team regarding third party cost rates and dynamic pricing as they relate to the event builds in Anchor
    • Assist in identifying opportunities for additional cruises, cruise consolidation, dynamic pricing, and system improvements. Communicate recommendations to Senior Manager of Revenue Optimization, VP of Revenue Management and Regional DOSs.
    • Assist the Senior Manager of Revenue Optimization with changes and updates to core pricing
    • Provide additional inventory management training to new crew members on local city sales teams
    • Assist in weekly/monthly reporting of strategic initiatives, prime holidays, development lists, and additional reports to be determined by senior management.
    • Act as the primary support member for the Revenue team.
    • Other related responsibilities as needed

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required and previous yield management experience preferred.
