    Cardinal Staffing is looking for a qualified, professional individual for a Technical Support Specialist role in Tallahassee, FL.     $20.00/hr | 8 hour shift | Monday through Friday

    Requirements:

    • Understands Windows 10 and/or 11 imaging
    • Some Audio/Video experience is a plus
    • Great understanding of Adobe & Microsoft O365 suites
    • Great customer service skills
    • Experience with: Windows, conferencing, imaging, audio/visual, O365 applications,
    • Ability to work after hours and/or weekends, if needed, for on-call rotation, system upgrades/replacements, storm tech support, etc.
    • Great work ethic
    • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
