Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Junior Physical Interface Responsible (d/f/m) for our location in Ten Mile Run, NJ.

Our Physical Integration & Standardisation Activities Department is an engineering function that works with various departments within the company, such as Research and Development, Manufacturing, Support and Services, Marketing Offers, and Sales.

Responsibilities:

Proposing and achieving physical interface convergence by considering functional and physical constraints, industrialization constraints, and maintainability
Ensuring integration maturity through physical interface management and meeting development milestones while adhering to clearance, thermal environment, stress, materials, weight and balance, and other engineering domains
Utilizing facilitation and negotiation skills
Supported by validation and verification tools for Physical Interfaces

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training with qualified further training as a technician (d/M/F) and extensive relevant experience OR a degree (Bachelor) in engineering or comparable
Basic experience in System Integration in the Aerospace industry OR knowledge in System Integration in another field OR knowledge in detailed design and development of at least two different systems / ATA chapters OR knowledge in physical or similar interface document management
Knowledge of CATIA V5/ VPM/ Windchill
Openminded with strong negotiation and communication skills
