Saint Mary, MT - HR Manager


As the HR Manager for our team of four, you will be responsible for all aspects of payroll and employee management.


Your responsibilities:


  • Together with your team, you will prepare payroll and provide all relevant data to our external service provider. For some subsidiaries, you will handle payroll yourself and support the further insourcing of payroll.
  • You will also independently create employment contracts, amendments, references, and statistics and evaluations.
  • As a competent contact person, you will support our employees and managers with any HRrelated questions.
  • You will actively participate in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth entry for new employees.
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing key figures and helping to establish a meaningful HR controlling system.
  • In your area of expertise, you will initiate and lead projects related to the ongoing digitization and optimization of HR processes and personnel documentation.
  • You will work closely with team leaders to ensure an effective interface with the areas of personnel development and recruiting.

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in HR, business administration, or a relevant field, or a commercial education with relevant professional experience in this area.
  • Your extensive professional experience allows you to confidently handle all aspects of personnel administration and payroll.
  • With your handson mentality, you can support your team both strategically and operationally, and you are not afraid to take on administrative tasks.
  • You thrive in an agile corporate culture and can quickly adapt to new situations.
