We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist (m/f/d) to join our team in the residential care sector.

Haus Havelblick is a senior and therapy facility located in a waterfront area in Berlin Spandau. As a company, we employ around 350 staff members in the areas of nursing, therapy, and housekeeping.

With its close proximity to nature, in-house kitchen and laundry facilities, and therapy options (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and speech therapy), our senior center is one of the most popular in and around Berlin and Brandenburg.

In addition to daily leisure activities, Haus Havelblick is known for its loving and caring approach to resident care.

Responsibilities:
In your role, you will show compassion and understanding

You will assist patients with various medical conditions
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and individual/group therapy sessions
Guide our patients in meaningful and purposeful activities
Train patients in everyday tasks
Work closely with all professional groups (nursing staff, speech therapists, and physiotherapists) in the facility

Qualifications:
We are confident that you will excel in this role if you have:

Completed training as an occupational therapist (m/f/d)
Strong team player with excellent communication and empathy towards residents and their families
Passion for treating various medical conditions and a personal interest in developing your
