- Lead project workstreams, transformations, and turnarounds as a project manager
- Utilize proven methodologies and technical expertise to solve problems
- Implement changes to enhance overall operational performance
- Optimize manufacturing processes for increased productivity and efficiency
- Conduct assessments such as due diligence and benchmarking studies
- Provide recommendations and support clients in implementing them
- Ensure delivery of high-quality client work
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- At least 3 years of leadership and management experience
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Operations, or Business (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong expertise in areas like discrete manufacturing, project management, and continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Background in Lean Six Sigma and familiarity with Kaizen, JIT, Kanban, SMED, and other methodologies
- Experience in management consulting, change management, or business restructurings
- Previous involvement in operational decision-making with financial responsibility

The Role:
