- Develop our emerging communication strategies aligning with business goals and company culture.
- Create and implement internal communication programs to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Manage communications across various areas like public policy, marketing, and social responsibility.
- Partner with HR and Marketing to develop, promote, and protect reputations and brands and effectively guide the company through complex communications issues/crises.
- Analyze communication program results and make improvements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations is preferred.
- A strong understanding of communication strategy development and execution utilizing a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Strong command of communication technology & platforms
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Experience with private equity and M&A strongly preferred.

We are looking for a Vice-President of Corporate Communications, to join our team and report to our CHRO. In this key role, you'll lead the development and execution of strategic communication plans for Imperial Dade. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
