    This role will work with the Communications team to develop and leverage the content, proof points and narratives needed to strengthen brand identities, support commercial strategies, and enhance reputation across multiple audiences.


    Opportunity:
    Direct Hire | Hybrid (2 days remote)
    High Point/Greensboro area
    $145,000-$155,000 BOE.

    Responsibilities:
    Generate clear, persuasive written communications, including talking points, online content, press releases, social media posts, intranet articles, and stories.

    Oversee, maintain, and leverage the departments content and information hub to ensure information is accurate to support communication and business initiatives across channels.

    Produce strong presentations, print/digital collateral, and narratives supporting corporate and brand initiatives.

    Research new methos and creative strategies to increase the reach, effectiveness, and audience engagement of communications and public affairs initiatives.

    Serve as a back-up media spokesperson while supporting a variety of events and other departmental activities.
    Support crisis communications planning and activities.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field required.
    10+ years of experience with solid creating writing, critical thinking, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

    Ability to track down, synthesize and organize information and images into persuasive communications, with a focus on developing and maintaining strong narratives.

    Proficiency working with digital communications applications, tools, and technologies.
    Experience in vendor negotiations, agency relations and resource management.
