Job Description


For our logistics department, we are currently looking for a team leader in the area of supplier returns who can inspire and motivate employees.

No leadership experience? No problem We will support you on your way to becoming an outstanding leader.


Your tasks will include:

  • Disciplinary and professional leadership responsibility
  • Team development and building the necessary skills of your employees
  • Responsibility for personnel allocation, taking into account quality and productivity standards as well as production volume
  • Working with key figures to demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness
  • Hiring new employees
Qualifications

  • You have a degree, commercial or technical training
  • Organizational talent, which you have already demonstrated in previous challenges
  • You have the ability to inspire and motivate people in your team
