Your tasks

  • As part of our service team, you and your colleagues ensure the availability of our affiliated banks
  • Answering phone calls with the aim of completing business transactions. The business transactions range from providing information about the bank and its products to processing and providing information about accounts, authorizations, and payments. In addition, scheduling appointments, providing advice and assistance on online and mobile banking are part of the daily tasks.
  • Processing service orders as well as chat and email inquiries
  • Variety through additional work in our administrative department for checking, recording, and correcting customer and account data

Your qualification requirements

  • Telephone agent or commercial training or comparable training
