Resource Management Analyst

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

You'll join our Resource Management (RM) Team performing a wide variety of administrative and analytical tasks to support the Program Management Office.
You'll maintain an accurate view of workforce across FTEs, Contractors, and Leveraged resources.
You'll administer staff life cycle processes.
You'll support program staffing and immigration processing.
You'll process staff queries.
You'll contribute to the continuous improvement of the Program's RM processes and tools

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or related discipline, or equivalent years of related experience

Required Experience:

Two (2) years of relevant program support experience
Two (2) years proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
Two (2) years of staffing/hiring experience
Two (2) years working in an interrupt driven environment
One (1) year Process and Procedure development experience
Healthcare background and Immigration experience is a plus

The likely salary range for this position is $66,300 - $89,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
