- You will join our talented Business Solutions Team. Our project is built on a multi-tier architecture including Service Oriented architecture, multi-tier web applications using Java and various other COTS products.
- You will be an empowered team member and leader who deploys GDIT's methodologies and best practices to work with members of assigned Company business units to elicit, organize, document and validate business rules, functional and non-functional requirements
- You will apply your past job experiences and leadership to guide team members and business units in the formulation of solutions to their business problems..
- You will determine and apply appropriate analysis skills in order to elicit, organize, document and validate business rules and functional/non-functional requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related technical field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight (8) years of IT experience
- Six (6)+ years of experience in analysis and design on software development projects in a Business Analyst role
- Two (2) years of Healthcare business experience
- One (1) year experience with federal and state compliance and regulations. New York State experience is a plus.

- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and concise documentation
- Demonstrated experience in developing use cases, managing requirements traceability, and a working knowledge of requirements management repository tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate abstract technical concepts to a varied audience

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
