    Overview Of The Team

    This position reports into the SVP, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, who is based in Jersey City, United States.


    Role Overview:


    The Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting will be responsible for assisting with: accounting research and documentation, managing the GL, preparing and analyzing financial information, preparing various internal and external financial reports and assessing internal processes & controls.

    Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role:
    This position reports to the Director of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

    Assist with the preparation and review of all financial reporting, including annual audited financial statements and quarterly lender financial statements.

    Act as an interface to external audit team during annual audit and interim reviews.
    Assist with the compilation of financial statements, footnotes and related analysis.
    Assist with the global monthly close process and related analysis, utilizing ERP to automate process and ensuring proper reconciliations.
    Coordinate with and prepares reports for Sponsors, CFO, CAO and management.

    Assist in providing technical expertise on the treatment of accounting issues (debt modification, purchase price allocation, stock-based compensation, revenue recognition, etc.), implementation of new accounting standards and compliance with U.S.

    GAAP.
    Assist with ensuring internal controls are in place, documented and updated periodically as appropriate.
    Monitoring and research of new GAAP pronouncements; evaluation of impact to the company; assisting in the implementation of new business, accounting and financial reporting
    Work with external auditors on requests for assistance.
    Prepare audit schedules and interface with external auditors as necessary.
    Assist with ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed.

    Desired Skills and Experience:
    Industry experience (Network services, Capital Markets trading technology / communications, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), and/or SaaS) preferred.
