Responsibilities
As a development engineer, you can expect to...
- Work on various projects in the field of conceptualization, mechanical, electrical/electronic and thermal design, as well as prototype construction of lithium-ion battery systems
- Plan and execute projects with industry partners in the development, prototyping, and testing/certification of lithium-ion battery systems for various applications such as automotive, micro-mobility, etc.
- Develop ideas and solutions for future battery systems, as well as battery cells and cell housings
- Communicate with customers, partners, and suppliers
Profile
To be considered for the role of development engineer, you must have...
- A successfully completed technical university degree (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar)
