RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating time and process studies in the areas of assembly and production.
  • You will identify potential for productivity improvement by analyzing deviations between planned and actual times, in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • You will develop standard time catalogs to determine target times for precalculation.
  • You will support internal projects and actively drive improvement processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a technical vocational training, preferably with a qualification as a master or technician (m/f/d).
  • You have good knowledge and solid experience in the field of time analysis, ideally according to REFA.
  • You are proficient in working with 3D viewers, ERP systems, and MS Office products, especially Excel.
  • You are characterized by a flexible, independent, and systematic way of working.
  • You possess persuasive skills, initiative, and implementation strength.
