The AMD Academy of Fashion and Design develops educational programs for the creative industry.

For over 30 years, it has offered accredited bachelor's and master's degree programs as well as recognized training and further education opportunities, qualifying individuals for the fields of fashion, design, communication, and management.

Currently, over 2,200 students are being trained at the locations in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Wiesbaden, Munich, and Berlin.

The AMD is responsible for the design department of Fresenius University - one of the largest private universities in Germany.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking support at our university location in Hamburg for a part-time position (520 Euro mini job):
Library Assistant (m/f/d)

WHAT TO EXPECT

Supervision and customer service during service hours
Borrowing and returning of media
Organizational tasks: sorting and shelving books and magazines
Maintenance of magazine lists
Labeling of books
Support for the library management
Preferred working hours: Tues: 46:30pm, Wed: 36:30pm, and Fri: 10am2pm

WHAT YOU BRING

Friendly demeanor when interacting with library users (especially students and teachers)
Service and customer orientation
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Diligent and conscientious work ethic
Reliable availability during designated working hours
