_ SUMMARY OF POSITION_
**_
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS_**- Supervises and leads a crew of 5 to 10 individuals

Successfully completes daily time sheets and logs
Coordinates and manages subcontractors
Coordinates and schedules manpower, tools, materials and equipment needed to complete the project
Successfully reads blueprints, project plans and specifications
Effectively communicates with others

_ REQUIREMENTS_

Field leadership knowledge and experience is preferred
Underground utility installation, excavation regulations and pipeline safety knowledge and experience is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions
Must be selfmotivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines
Must have experience with Microsoft products such as word, excel and outlook
Must follow all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.
