_ SUMMARY OF POSITION_
**_
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES_**- Plans, manages and executes project schedules

Performs each project successfully, including project scheduling and controlling direct job material and labor costs
Analyzes and coordinates manpower and equipment needs for each project
Effectively collaborates with team members
Maintains a good working relationship between the company and the customer
Reviews and understands project plans and specifications
Ensures accurate reporting of time and quantities

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 510 years construction field experience, including demonstrated Superintendent experience
Demonstrated ability to create and manage a construction schedule
Must have excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions
Must be selfmotivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines
Must have experience with Microsoft products such as word, excel and outlook
Must follow all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.
