- Successfully complete daily time sheets and logs
- Coordinates and manages subcontractors
- Coordinates and schedules manpower, tools, materials and equipment needed to complete the project
- Reads blueprints, project plans and specifications
- Performs other duties as assigned
- A minimum of 5 years of field leadership experience and knowledge
- Previous experience and knowledge of dirt excavation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines
- Must have experience with Microsoft products such as word, excel and outlook
- Must follow all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking a Site Foreman for our growing team. This individual will act as a lead person for field crew implementation of assignments related to site construction. A successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in field leadership as well as the ability to manage a job efficiently.
