_ SUMMARY OF POSITION_
We are seeking experienced and driven
Laser Screed Operators to join our team in Dillsburg, PA. This individual should have a minimum of two years; relevant operating experience. Work is primarily in South Central PA, Maryland and surrounding areas.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS_**- Safely operates and maintains laser screed and high performance lasers

  • Sets and checks grade elevations
  • Screeds concrete within spec and performs above standard
  • Follows construction diagrams
  • Performs preoperations safety inspections
  • Effectively communicates with site foreman to complete daily tasks in order to meet project goals
  • Travels from job site to job site when/as needed
  • Works closely with other crew members; in a fastpaced environment
  • Ensures company equipment is maintained and in good running condition by greasing and checking fluids
  • Performs other labor duties as assigned by foreman or project manager

_REQUIREMENTS_

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
  • 12 years of relevant operating experience
  • Experience and knowledge of concrete construction
  • Experience with 3D and total station set up is preferred
  • Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions
  • Must be selfmotivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines
  • Experience with hand tools associated with the trade
  • Must have experience with Microsoft products such as word, excel and outlook
  • Must follow all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.
