    Job DescriptionLead and manage audits from customers or other entities (IATF) to sustain high-quality performanceAssist Project management in product development through PFMEA and Control PlansProvide leadership and direction in the development of effective quality policies and programs which ensure that the organization produces quality productsTrain and Manage plant contacts to successfully support Plant managers on the 8D corrective action projectsFacilitate and assist plants in defining and successfully completing Quality ObjectivesManage Supplier Approval and Development programWork with cross-functional for follow-up on internal corrective actionsOther duties as assignedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
