    Job Title: Director of Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Accreditation


    Company: Health and Hospital Systems


    Job Overview: Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality healthcare services? We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Director of Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Accreditation at our organization.


    Job Summary:

    • Oversee strategic management and planning for Joint Commission Accreditation and related activities across all clinical services
    • Set guidelines to ensure successful accreditation for all entities within the health system
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive accreditation project plans
    • Coordinate compliance efforts with CMS Conditions of Participation and managed care partners

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Reviewing Collective Bargaining Agreements
    • Managing disciplinary actions
    • Supervising staff, management, and policy compliance
    • Developing and implementing accreditation plans
    • Training staff on accreditation requirements
    • Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
    • Facilitating communication on accreditation issues

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
    • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a healthcare system
    • Minimum 7 years of experience with accreditation and regulatory processes
    • Proficiency in MS Office

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in healthcare accreditation plan development
    • Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field
    • Certification in healthcare quality management
    • Expertise in regulatory environment standards

    Skills and Characteristics:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong program development and leadership abilities
    • Customer service orientation
    • Flexibility in working hours and travel

    Physical and Environmental Demands:

    This role operates within a healthcare setting with specific safety requirements.
