    Enterprise Sales - Conversational AI (EXPANSION)

    Our client, a leading provider of communication solutions and network services, is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive (new logo hunter) to discover fresh business opportunities in a specific area and promote their conversational AI/contact center technology and platforms. The role involves staying updated on the company's product offerings and those of its rivals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve or surpass sales targets
    • Identify new business prospects
    • Purely focus on new business development (New Logos)
    • Handle the sales process for new business and upselling
    • Establish and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive customer loyalty and growth
    • Stay informed about available products and solutions, analyze competitors, and provide recommendations to current clients
    • Engage in consultative and solution-driven sales by explaining the value proposition of solutions and products

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 5 years in Sales, specializing in selling complex CX software solutions/services
    • Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities and closing major enterprise deals
    • Prior success in selling cloud-based contact center business platforms
    • Demonstrated ability in prospecting and closing significant deals (exceeding $100K)
    • Acquainted with longer sales cycles (3 months)
    • Track record of meeting sales quotas
    • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
    • Willingness to travel as necessary within the territory

    Offering:

    • Base Salary of $125,000
    • Year 1 @ plan $250,000 with Uncapped Commissions
