- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales, specializing in selling complex CX software solutions/services
- Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities and closing major enterprise deals
- Prior success in selling cloud-based contact center business platforms
- Demonstrated ability in prospecting and closing significant deals (exceeding $100K)
- Acquainted with longer sales cycles (3 months)
- Track record of meeting sales quotas
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel as necessary within the territory
- Base Salary of $125,000
- Year 1 @ plan $250,000 with Uncapped Commissions
