    Description

    The Keller Group is proud to be closely supporting a highly regarded client in their search for a new Portfolio Valuation Analyst. Your role will involve performing valuation assessments, conducting financial modeling, and providing insights to support investment decision-making and financial reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct valuation assessments of investment portfolios using various valuation methodologies
    • Analyze financial statements, market data, and economic trends
    • Develop and maintain financial models
    • Incorporate complex financial instruments and risk factors into models to evaluate potential impact on valuation.
    • Prepare detailed valuation reports, including analysis of valuation methodologies, assumptions, and key drivers.
    • Document valuation processes, methodologies, and findings in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with investment teams, portfolio managers, and risk management professionals to provide valuation insights and support investment strategies.
    • Communicate valuation results and recommendations to stakeholders, addressing questions and providing clarity on valuation methodologies.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and accounting standards

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
    • CPA and or CFA required
    • 4+ years of experience in business valuation services in a public company or national consulting firm.
    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel
    • Knowledge of valuation principles and methodologies (e.g., DCF, CCA, option pricing models, etc).
    • Understanding of regulatory requirements and accounting standards related to portfolio valuation
