    Description
    Exciting Opportunity:

    Join Cable One and its family of brands dedicated to keeping customers and associates connected to what truly matters. We are currently seeking a talented Corporate Development Analyst to contribute significantly to the company's ongoing growth. This position involves performing acquisition due diligence, creating financial valuation models, assessing capital projects and strategic initiatives, and engaging in various special projects. You will also have the chance to collaborate with the FP&A and Investor Relations teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Analyze potential acquisitions and strategic investments by developing detailed financial valuation models and internal presentations
    • Participate in the end-to-end acquisition process, including business evaluation, due diligence, valuation, and post-closing integration activities
    • Evaluate strategic initiatives like new market opportunities and network expansions
    • Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects related to Cable One's strategic initiatives, often in collaboration with FP&A and Investor Relations teams
    Requirements
    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
    • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, finance, and M&A concepts, with advanced Excel skills
    • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
    • Effective communication and presentation skills using PowerPoint
    • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels within the organization
    • Flexible work hours and strong work ethic with a focus on confidentiality
    • Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
