    Longo Carpet Cleaning and Affordable Duct Cleaning is a leading provider of commercial carpet and duct cleaning services. We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our services.

    Job Description:
    The Business Development Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our commercial cleaning services. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, with a focus on achieving long-term business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - **Lead Generation:** Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.

    - **Client Outreach:** Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our services and understand their needs.

    - **Sales Presentations:** Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our carpet and duct cleaning services.

    - **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

    - **Market Analysis:** Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

    - **Proposal Development:** Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to potential clients, ensuring all client requirements are met.

    - **Collaboration:** Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    - **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

    Qualifications:
    - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry.
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    - Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
