    Job Summary:


    This position supports the maintenance and forecasting of financial performance through the collection, consolidation, reporting, and analysis of financial data.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Analyze, question, and consolidate financial data
    Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting of financial data
    Analyze current and past financial performance data, identify variances and trends, and recommend action to correct deficiencies
    Collaborate with management to forecast financial performance and report on projections
    Review market specific financial data with operations on a weekly basis
    Reconcile operational transactions and expenses by comparing and correcting data
    Develop, enhance, and deliver existing and new financial performance metrics for distribution to field offices and internal management
    Compile and analyze the financial information necessary to complete the month-end close
    Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests
    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.


    Education:
    Bachelor's

    degree (B.A.) in Finance or Accounting from a four-year college or university; CPA and/or other industry certifications preferred


    Experience:
    Two to four years' experience in accounting, finance, or related field
    Integrated financial systems experience preferred
    Knowledge of general reporting, reconciliations, and expense analysis


    Technical Skills:
    Intermediate to advanced computer and Microsoft Office proficiency


    Soft Skills:
    Highly organized and detail orientated
    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the organization
    Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
    Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
    Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems


    Physical Requirements:
    Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
    Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
    Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
    Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
    May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
    Ability to travel up to 5% of the time, including short notice travel
