We are looking for Junior Sales Managers / Sales Engineers (m/f/d) for nationwide customer support every quarter in Itasca. You can also apply early for later quarters.

What can you expect?

  • As a Junior, you will quickly take on responsibility for your own customer area and continuously and purposefully expand it
  • You ensure smooth communication with your customers
  • You will be on the road in your sales area for three days a week: You identify the needs and problems of our customers on site and provide them with targeted advice based on our wide range of products
  • You will spend the other two days with your team in our sales offices, organizing customer appointments and exchanging ideas
  • You observe the market and competition and develop a keen sense for new sales markets and customers in order to achieve growth goals
  • Your job in a few words: Varied - demanding - definitely not boring
  • After an 8-week intensive training, you will start in your own sales area. Even after the training phase, regular training and feedback are very important to us. What you make of your starting position is entirely up to you - if you have the right drive, all doors are open to you

What should you bring?

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree.
