In the Department 50 (International Tasks and Advisory Service), we handle insurance matters, contribution payments, and all pension benefits related to international affairs.

The Department of Economic Planning and Control supports the department management in steering the department using business management methods.


Your Tasks:

  • You will contribute to the economic planning and control of the department
  • You will prepare analyses and calculations with regard to costs, quality, quantity, and efficiency, and present them to the department and division management using MS Excel
  • You will create statistics and evaluations
  • You will handle special tasks

Your Profile:

  • You have successfully completed a university degree (Bachelor, Diplom-FH or equivalent, e.g. Fachwirt*in) with a focus on business administration or social security, or you have completed a vocational training as a social insurance specialist with many years of relevant work experience
  • You have proven current knowledge and several years of professional experience in the field of business administration, accounting, or controlling
  • You can also demonstrate practical experience in conducting business and statistical analyses
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel, including creating macros, pivot tables, formulas, and links
  • You can prepare and communicate data for reports, statements, and similar documents
