Your responsibilities:

Planning, controlling, and structuring production and work processes
Ensuring maximum efficiency of individual work processes
Implementation and management of production KPIs
Responsible for the progress of production processes
Enforcing safety policies
Collaboration with quality management and adherence to quality standards

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical training and preferably completed further training as a technician or master, or alternatively a successfully completed engineering degree
Experience in offshore construction or steel construction is advantageous
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
