"Join us in shaping the future and become part of our team in Lincoln, MO. We are currently looking for you as a part-time receptionist (m/f/d) for 25 hours per week.

With around 1,200 employees nationwide, we offer innovative and cost-effective solutions for patient service and food supply in the healthcare sector to our corporate clients.


Your responsibilities with us:

  • You are the first point of contact at our location and ensure that our patients, guests, and employees feel well taken care of with a smile.
  • With your open and friendly nature, you provide individual information for our patients and guests.
  • You answer incoming calls in a friendly manner and forward them to the appropriate contacts and departments.
  • You are responsible for monitoring the technical/video equipment, key management, and documentation.
  • You also take care of admitting our patients (m/f/d) during the night.

You are a good fit for us if:

  • You have previous work experience in reception, front desk, or hospitality but we also welcome career changers.
  • You enjoy interacting with people and have a strong service mentality.
  • Organization and teamwork are among your strengths.
  • You have good German skills and ideally speak another foreign language.
