- Work with CRM Administrator to maintain company/contact data; track leads; track customer touches; manage opportunity lifecycle / Yusen way-of-selling).
- Audit the CRM: identify gaps/errors; ensure data quality is maintained; re-assign (where salesperson has left or is not maintaining).
- Manage process to assign accounts to BD within the parameters established by management including input & prioritization from Branch Management, segmentation strategy aligned to strategic/tactical marketing campaigns (as applicable; IVs, regions, branch, etc.)
- Work with Marketing to assign leads to BD approved by Sales management.
- Refresh account assignments periodically.
- Audit account assignment status vs. CRM status.
- Active degree-seeking students who are enrolled in a relevant degree in supply chain management, data analytics, marketing or business and within 12- months of graduation.
- Prior experience working with a CRM and sales processes is preferred.
- Ability to use software such as MS PowerBI or similar data reporting tools to review and analyze data preferred.
- Must be comfortable working with numbers, financial data and metrics.
- Must be strong with administering concise process orientations
- Outstanding problem-solving, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Overview:
Position Summary
This position supports the sales process for IFF (International Freight Forwarding) Business Development by managing the quality and throughput of the sales pipeline via use of Yusens Global CRM (Customer Relationship Manager). This position will collaborate closely with Sales and Business Unit Management to drive a healthy level of sales activities in IFF including lead generation, opportunity management and customer engagement. This position will also work closely with the Americas CRM Administrator to support the Yusen Way-of-Selling is well understood.
This will be on a hybrid work model and can be based of Yusen AZ or NJ locations.
