    Description
    Our client is a crypto company. They seek a Financial Reporting Manager, Crypto Funds to join their California office. The opportunity offers comprehensive benefits, a competitive salary, and is completely remote.

    Responsibilities
    Coordinate several ongoing audit processes with multiple audit teams
    Prepare U.S. GAAP financial statements and footnotes for registered investment advisers
    Manage the drafting of valuation documentation for multiple venture capital entities
    Guide portfolio managers and product teams in documenting relevant information
    Work with management and the auditors on updates to the valuation policy
    Produce or review valuation matrices or memoranda of investment positions

    Requirements
    5+ years of fund accounting experience
    Familiar with the crypto industry
    Experience with ASC 946 and ASC 820
    Excellent communication skills
    Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
    CPA strongly preferred
