The Institute of Anatomy and Molecular Neurobiology at the University of Münster is seeking a highly motivated individual for a part-time position (65%) in cellular neurosciences.
Salary will be based on TV-L E13.
Our research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms of synapse formation and neurotransmission.
We are looking for a graduate student who is interested in investigating the role of synaptic organizer molecules, specifically neurexins, and their defects in mutant mouse models of neurodevelopmental disorders.
This project is funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft and will utilize state-of-the-art methods to analyze synaptic function and structure in vitro and in vivo.
