Do you have experience in hospital/healthcare management and have had initial exposure to controlling? The DRG system and coding are not foreign to you and you would like to work as an expert in this field with us?


This is your chance
We at HEK are looking for you as our new
Controller (m/f/d) for the hospital center.

Our team is responsible for hospital care. The focus of our employees is to carefully review hospital invoices. This requires extensive medical knowledge, adherence to coding guidelines, and negotiation skills.


Your tasks with us:


  • You create monthly reports, variance analyses, and adhoc evaluations.
  • When analyzing hospital data, you focus on coding, MD audit rates, and length of stay.
  • Based on the evaluated key figures, you derive recommendations for action and pass them on to the specialist department as control instruments.
  • You contribute to the further development of a decisionoriented controlling system.

What you bring with you:


  • A business administration education or degree with a focus on hospital/healthcare management
  • Knowledge of the DRG system and the MDK and health insurance audit procedures
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in controlling
  • Proficient in Excel for statistics and data analysis
  • Independent and reliable work style, as well as excellent time and selfmanagement skills
  • Enjoy working in a team
