    We formed a rebel enclave to provide world-class counter-autonomous systems, products, and services to support the United States and foreign allied governments, civilian critical infrastructure, and public venues.

    Our team designs and builds world-class Counter-Robot systems to provide persistent protection across varied threat environments and mission sets. We manage the entire Counter-Robot kill chain from detection through countermeasures.
    We aim to protect humans and property from autonomous and remotely piloted, uncrewed systems (UxS) threats. Help us support this mission by joining our Program Management

    Key Responsibilities

    We're searching for a highly qualified program manager to join our team and assist in maintaining our position as an innovative authority.

    This position requires a self-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.

    This role is focused on overseeing the strategic planning, and successful execution of multiple sustainment and development projects with our Airforce customers.

    This person must be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, working with engineering, software developers, subcontracts, and government counterparts.

    As a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, the program manager will play a key role in maintaining relationships and contributing to HPA's position as an industry leader.

    This role is expected to have a high level of technical expertise and proven track record of successfully managing long term projects.


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Utilize expertise on DoD contracts to navigate and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
    Liaise with the program team and customers to help define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
    Implement earned value management processes for tracking project financials

    Work with other members of the program team to determine task priority, deconflict internal resources, and ensure requirements are met across multiple competing efforts.

    Ensure initiatives are aligned with project goals and have defined outcomes and success measures.
    Assist with developing and maintaining a project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones across multiple projects
    Perform risk analysis and develop risk mitigation plans
    Assist with coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
    Follow company processes, plans and procedures to ensure projects are executed based on AS9100 quality certification requirements
    Help develop comprehensive status reports and assist with submitting deliverables for multiple projects with varying levels of complexity

    Required Skills/Abilities:
    Prior experience as a project or program manager
    Experience with earned value best practices
    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Basic understanding of UAS, C-UAS, long range EO/IR cameras, radar, lidar, and various RF equipment.
    Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, , Asana, or other project management tools.
    Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools used to develop an IMS.
    Experience working with manufacturing, production, software development, and engineering teams.
    Ability to obtain a secret clearance
    Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
    Education and Experience

    Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline
    At least three years related experience required.
    A combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered
    Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred
    Physical Requirements

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
    Travel Requirements

    Occasional Travel up to 25%

    The High Point Aerotechnologies pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
