Description
provide 2+ year's experience in Customer Service as well as Intermediate Excel. Statement Reconciliations and Customer Interaction will be a STRONG function of this position. Overall knowledge of Accounts Payable with some knowledge of SAP or other large ERP financial system is required.This short-term position will require great understanding of customer etiquette, the P2P process, critical thinking skills, strong and decisive decision-making skills and Excel.
Note there will be training which we would prefer someone who is a quick learner. Knowledge of SAP (S4-Hanna) and MM modules is an advantage for this role. Also have the ability through root cause analysis & continuous learning pro-actively identify & manage recurring issues. This role requires in office and remote processing per a hybrid schedule after training has concluded.

Required Skills & Experience
