- Colaboración con otros profesionales de la salud, evaluación, análisis de datos de evaluación, establecimiento de metas, planificación de estrategias de atención.
- Establecimiento de prioridades de atención, implementación de cuidados, delegación segura de tareas, prestación segura de cuidados de enfermería directos e indirectos.
- Evaluación de respuestas a intervenciones y realización de funciones adicionales de enfermería de acuerdo con el conocimiento y habilidades adquiridos más allá de la preparación básica en enfermería.
- Diploma o título de Asociado (ADN) requerido, Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Enfermería (BSN) o Maestría en Ciencias de la Enfermería (MSN) preferido.
- 1 año de experiencia como Enfermero Registrado preferido.
- Licencia actual de Enfermero Registrado de Oklahoma.
- Se requiere capacitación o recertificación en Soporte Vital Básico (BLS) durante la orientación antes de brindar atención al paciente.
- El Soporte Vital Básico actual (BLS) se debe mantener mediante una recertificación durante la duración del empleo.
- Se requiere que las RNs con menos de un año de experiencia completen el Programa de Residencia de Enfermería de Norman Regional.

Nuestra unidad consta de 26 camas tele de med/surg y ofrece atención postoperatoria de coloproctología. Estamos en busca de una RN enérgica con excelentes habilidades de comunicación para unirse a nuestro equipo de sanadores.
