- Oversee all Workmans Compensation claims.
- Ensures that all legal compliance on both a federal and state level is occurring. This includes OSHA, EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and I-9 procedures, as well as all other applicable laws.
- Monitor the Application Process at the properties to ensure that we are logging and compliant with the process.
- Monitor hourly training at the property to ensure that all company-required training is being completed with new associates, as well as re-certification training required (i.e. Job Descriptions, Training Schedules, ADA Training).

We are looking for a top performing Hotel Human Resource Manager for the Hyatt Regency Aurora.
We are looking for a qualified Human Resources team leader to support and navigate our amazing team to excellence and provide effective guidance. The Hotel Human Resource Manager will beresponsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis. As the Hotel Human Resource Manager is a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. The Hotel Human Resource Manager should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
