    Legal
    Single-person Legal Dept. ⦁ Legal research; ⦁ Litigation management ⦁ Contract review and negotiation; ⦁ Federal contractor compliance, including export controls and cybersecurity; ⦁ Provide IT guidance regarding implementation of federal contractor cybersecurity standards (i.e., Property loss claims; ⦁ Handling of all legal matters that arise in the course of business.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel.

    • Working Conditions: Office Environment.
    Ability to Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures.
    Full-time position.
