As our General Counsel , you will have the opportunity to provide legal counsel to the designated team members on various matters such as new and existing laws and legal rights.

Develop influential relationships, mutual trust, and collaborative partnerships with all departments within the Firm.
Assess and conduct risk management and respond to critical issues as they arise.
Manage litigation and investigations and collaborate with department heads on various matters.
Interpret and implement applicable state and federal laws, rules, and policies applicable to the Firm

Develop, implement, and review Firm regulations, policies, and procedures, and identify the need for policy development or change to protect the Firm's legal interests.

Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
Demonstrated in-house experience advising and providing practical solutions to the executive management team.
