SUPERVISOR: Human Resources Director
WAGE/HOURS: $15.00 / Hourly - Monday-Friday / 9am-5pm
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Seasonal
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Intern for 2024 will provide support for the Human Resources Department Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. This will include administrative duties including, database entry, tracking of onboarding and offboarding, background check submissions and communications with new hires. The HR Intern will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth running of our onboarding program. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be utilized in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with various HR related activities.

ABOUT KESHET: Keshet is a one-of-a-kind organization that brings classroom experiences, camps, sports, social and vocational activities, and residential opportunities to 600 people with disabilities and special needs each year.
About the Program: Keshet's Adult Community Day Services Program is designed to support and promote choice, independence, employment and meaningful days for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community-based programming is paramount and activities include a balance of vocational/life skills training with the opportunity for socialization, recreation, and physical exercise to further increase participants overall quality of life.
