    • Proficient in ASME Y14.5 and ASME Y14.100 standards for dimensioning, tolerancing, and engineering drawing practices.
    • Skilled in developing design concepts, conducting trade studies, and performing evaluations and analyses.
    • Strong background in machine design, materials science, and strength of materials.
    • Experienced in project execution within cross-functional matrix organizations, collaborating with various engineering disciplines.
    • Capable of technical presentations and customer interactions.
    • Proficient in vendor and supplier management.
    • Eager to acquire skills in Acoustic, Structural, and Electromagnetic Analysis.
    • Experienced in designing sheet metal products, bus bars, heat sinks, and creating 3D models, drawings, and assembly instructions.
    • Skilled in generating Bills of Materials and Assembly Drawings.
    • Designed AC/DC rectifiers, power conversion systems, and products.
    • Served as the lead Mechanical Engineer in power electronics equipment design, focusing on manufacturing improvements and managing multiple projects.
    • Collaborated closely with Electrical Engineers and manufacturing teams to enhance product design and system-wide efficiency.
    • Conducted and supervised new design testing alongside Electrical Engineers.
    • Partnered with manufacturing to enhance the quality, manufacturability, and value of new designs.
    • Supported initiatives for quality improvement and cost reduction in existing products.
    • Handled broad and creative assignments requiring originality and ingenuity.
    • Proficient in high voltage PCB design (up to 480V), designing cable harnesses with appropriate EMI shielding, and electronics packaging.
    • Knowledgeable in fabrication methods, document management for model and drawing control.
    • Experienced with various measuring devices and material selection for optimal performance and environmental compliance.
    • Skilled in environmental testing including thermal, vibration, shock, and EMI assessments.
