JOB SUMMARY:
The Data Governance and Architecture Director oversees the planning, development, operations, training, and implementation of the Data Governance Program for the health system and associated activities related to data architecture. This role is responsible for directing the operations of the Data Governance Program across the health system. The scope of this includes data quality, MDM, MDP implementation, ETL management, data stewardship, metadata management and architecture, data security, data privacy, and information lifecycle governance. This position will initially be designing and building the Data Governance program, including policy management, implementing and chairing the Data Governance Committee, and establishing and implementing audit procedures.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting up to 10 pounds is required.

Frequently (34%-66%) - reaching, handling/feeling, talking, hearing
Occasionally (1%-33%) - lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, climbing (stairs, ladders, etc), balancing, stooping, crouching
