You would practice at Platte Valley Medical Group - Ft. Lupton, CO
Your hours will be Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:00pmShared Practice Phone Call
Your experience.

Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.
Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
