- Transact assigned items efficiently and effectively following transactional team workflows
- Create and respond to internal inquires to identify the placement of funds
- Collaborate with team members to resolve open items
- Maintain and upkeep internal communications to avoid discrepancies
- Proactively connect with leadership on items that need escalation or regional assistance
- Analyze incoming payments to correctly record items into out of Broker Management Systems
- Attentive to ensuring all tasks assigned are maintained updated and current to prevent a backlog
- Identify and process statements to apply commissions correctly
- Identify invoices and statements to ensure reconciliation of payments to our carriers and brokers
- Ability to identify and track payment patterns
- Build effective electronic correspondence that engages an effective partnership
- Additional responsibilities or projects as assigned
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-year experience in accounting/finance/customer service fields preferred
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Accounting Associate is at the core of our processing. Through a wide variety of assigned functions by department, they process, reconcile, associate, disburse and provide support. Collaboration and effective communication are key to completing their assignments.
